Apartmets are really nice for the price. Managment is always changing rules such as pet rules and breaking lease rules without telling there tenets. It should be what's stated in your lease but they don't feel that way. Managment sucks. If you have a question they look at you like your stupid(so snotty acting). You can here everything that goes on in the apartments around you and smell everything through the vents, dogs yap all day long ...only bad thing about the actual apartment. And nothing is done when you tell managment about noise.If you want a nice apartment with crappy sevice rent here...lol. Make sure you read your lease carefully and ask as many questions as you can before you move here.

I agree, this place sucks. I wouldn't even reccomend it to my worst enemy.

Management has the right to change rules but policy's stay the same. The lease agreement is a legal binding document that does not state the managements policy. The addendums following do and if closely read you would understand. If there is a noise complaint call the police or the office and the courtesy officer will be dispached. Lease agreements should always be read by the person signing it. That was your first mistake. Management has always been courteous to me and took care of what I needed to have done in my apartment. Maybe if you didn't go in there with an attitude then you wouldn't be treated the way that you treated them.
