Glad to be gone. Plantation Park Apartments use to be a nice place. A/C units hanging from windows (the A/C units for the apartments are too small and go out all summer long) so they allow window A/C units. The quality of the complex has gone from an "A " to an "F". Did not realize just how much A/C & Heat I was losing due to the poor quality of windows. I now have a 2600 sq. ft. home and the power bill is cheaper that the 1400 sq. ft. apartment. WOW! If Plantation Park Apartments wants to compete with the others, they need to sit down and listen to the tenants. The staff needs to dress and talk more professional. I lived at Plantation Park Apartments for a few years and watched it go down first hand. Keep in mind when moving to Plantation Park Apartments thy allow section 8!
