Not a Safe Place to Live

My husband and I lived here for two years. It seemed that when they changed management, everything went downhill from there. When we first moved in, we loved it. Then after management changing hands, it took forever to get any maintenace problems to get fixed. Not to mention that it took maintenance not once or twice but sometime three times to come out and fix the problems before it was fixed correctly. The other problem about living here was the crime problem. I am sure that a lot of the residents were never informed that there was crime going on, on the property. There were several occasions when gang grafetti was painted on the building next to the one we lived in. Not to mention one evening my husband and I arrived home to find our neighbor upset and her wreath outside her front door had been set on fire while it was still hangin on the wall. Also, we had many problems with our next door neighbors on the other side of us. Loud and always causing problems. When confronting management about all of this and as to why the whole community was not informed of all this, they said that it was isolated issues and no need to inform the whole community. We felt that management needs a lot of training.
