I have lived here for 3 years. During this time, staff has changed hands 4 times and now have one that barley speaks english. I have had many problems with attempted break ins, car break ins, kids causing problems, and loud neighbors. When I finally get to speak to someone about these issues, they stated "well, you live in apartments, your going to have noise, issues etc." I have several maintenance issues that I have filed to the office 6 times and has yet to have been taken care of. I have attempted to speak to the manager over 20 times and have yet to have them call back. I went in person and was not allowed to speak to the "manager" and the person that barley spoke english insured me they would get back to me by the end of the day...I made sure they knew the issues and stressed about having someone contact me back, this is about renewing my lease as well and as of today, i have yet to get a call back and me lease is almost up and have yet to get a renewell or communication of any kind. I get notices on my door about being late on the rent when it hasnt even come due yet and before it is considered late, I get notices about eviction proceedings. When confronted about this, they advise "dont worry about it". This has occurred at least 5 times. I am sure they will be changing management again soon so until then, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
