Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This place is absolutely rediculous, and so is the parent company, AimCo. The doors are paper thin, so you can hear everything that goes on in the breezeway. People walking, talking, bouncing basketballs, moving in at 11:30 PM, slamming doors. It doesn't stop there, I hear my upstairs neighbor's footsteps magnified by 10! I Never knew such a small lady could make so much foot noise! The office staff NEVER returns calls. NEVER. We've been through at least 3 managers in the year that I've been here. For dog lovers, they've constructed a dog park - which is cool, but they never fill the poo bags and didn't even put a recepticle in the 4ft. fence. In fact, all of the poo bags have been out for the past month. Litter is a huge problem, which is really the tenants' fault - but that shows the kind of people that live here. No respect for anyone else.
