Since I have lived at Plum Creek, I have been harassed, my son has been bullied and my dog has been threatened. I moved here because the price was right and the dog park, as well as the nice management. Since I moved in in October of 2008, there have been EIGHT new employees in a 3 person office. Things had finally settled down and were getting better when Brookside Properties took over and ran this property into the ground. They finally had a property manager that was turing things around and again, Brookside made another error in judgement and fired her. They have even started eviction proceedings on a neighbor in the building near mine over a $.44 (that is CENTS folks) balance due on her account. Brookside should stop picking on the people that make this apartment livable and work on making it a better place for residents. I had planned on resigning in October, just so I wouldn't have to move, but since the firings and recent SWAT team drug surveillance and drug bust, I am so OUTTA HERE!
