I've lived here for almost two weeks now and it has been a very pleasant experience so far. It's quieter than I expected, and the streets surrounding the apartments are lined with trees, so you don't feel surrounded by brick and concrete, although you are very close to uptown. I can walk uptown in 15 minutes or so, which is great.
My apartment has new carpet and I think was recently painted - all the appliances are in great working condition, and the apartment was very clean when I moved in. Office staff has been friendly and helpful too.
The only thing they could improve on is the quality of the internet in their lounge - it's a no-name wireless provider and is really slow sometimes. But, overall, I love living here!
