Beware of living in the courtyard apartments across from PF Chang's...I could hear my upstairs neighbor "tinkle" when he awoke in the middle of the night...... shotty construction and they even had to replace the balconies because of rot. The regular apartments are better, but you can still hear your neighbors more than normal. The landscape was the most beautiful part and the convenience to D&D. A bit costly for shotty construction..... Safety was a concern in that armed robberies happened just outside the security gates at Phillips' Place. Thank God for those security gates!!!! Lots of staff turnover during my stay there. 3 managers in 3 years!
