I live in an apartment building near the Charlton Lane entrance and it has always been quiet as a mouse around this entrance. I can not hear my neighbors at all. Landscaping is beautiful , neighbors are friendly and it's great to be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. I've always felt safe, but be aware of the public housing complex just around the corner hidden by the trees. Good thing for security gates.
