Location cannot be beat. Quiet for the most part (but I'm on the top floor so not sure what the noise from above is like). Neighbors are very nice and helpful. Tennis courts are great. I have to rave about Amy, a leasing consultant who has repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.

Only complaint is that the pool is usually loud with music/teenagers, but I feel that is found at most pools.
