Very noisy neighbors but great office staff

Upstairs and downstairs neighbors were very noisy but I'm sure is because the poor quality of the insulation. I was able to hear upstairs neighbor doing his thing in the bathroom and the son of a gun used to listen to music after 11:30pm until the office staff stopped his stupid and annoying behavior.
A new neighbor moved down stairs a month before my lease was due and her #@$%$#@#%% dog barked non-stop since 7:00am, 7 days a week. Some cars break happened during the last month.
Lease went up from $785 to $895 and that convinced me was the time to buy a house.
No complaints about the office staff, they were very professional, helpful and gorgeous!! yeah!!
My commute to downtown was the best though, so, if you don't mind walking/barking/music noise, this is the place for you.
