I have just renewed my lease for another year. Yes Post Park is a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. They definitely offer the best product in rentals in the area. As far as the office staff goes, I like some and others I can do with out. Overall though, the take care of things that need attention in a timely manner. The convenience factor is great, you have all the shops in Phillips Place to walk (or drive) to if you choose. And it's just a beautiful apartment complex. Noise has never been an issue since I've been here but naturally if you are in apartment it should be expected to arise from time to time. Then you tell the office and let them take care of it. Good mix of people, older, younger in the middle.
