I agree with the other comment. I moved in about a month and a half ago and I've had nothing but problems since day one. I'm paying rediculously high rent and the insides are dingy and old, cheap window blinds (old metal/aluminum and the strings hang to the floors), old appliances and so far... my toilets have backed up daily, my faucet literally fell off the sink and water went streaming straight into the air because the metal had rotted and one of my windows won't stay open because the spring is broken. The one really positive thing I will say is the staff is friendly and responsive and the maintenance crew is absolutely prompt and will do whatever they need to to solve problems (they're ordering me a new toilet)! It would just be nice if you didn't have to call them daily/weekly.
