i moved out of here a few months ago for the simple fact that they were raising my rent $160 a month if i would sign for another year. yeh right!!! for $1000 a month, i could have a pretty decent house and not have to worry about the neighbors letting their puppy use my door mat as his personal toilet, the people upstairs partying till 3 am and then having sex on their balcony directly above my bedroom window and the kids starting fires in the straw at the playground. when a maintenance request is called in, u would expect them to actually show up within a day or 2. good luck! most of the residents that live there are as snotty as they come. management was pretty good. they were always friendly at least, however, ur gonna have to go get ur packages from the post office...even phone books, cuz they dont accept them. they could also do some better upkeep on the apartments. i had to reclean the apt. the day i moved in becuz whoever they had clean it, basically DIDNT. and good luck finding a parking spot within walking distance! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
