OK, Except For Dog Noise

I lived here for approximately 6 months in 2003. great location, and the apartments are OK, but starting to show age and have "older" type appliances in them. The problem I had was with the design of the apartment. The people that lived behind me, had two HUGE dogs, probably 75-100 lbs a piece. The stairwell up to their apartment is directly under and beside the head of the bed in the master. You can imagine the noise in the AM and at night, and every other time they took them out. Also, when it came time for renewal, they wanted like $75 dollars a month more (for the same apartment)! So I moved out and have not regretted it. Staff is fairly nice, no maintenance issues during my time there. Apartment need to be updated on the inside, and have carpet replaced. There is **no limit** on dog size in this complex, and that creates problems...
