Preserve at Ballantyne Commons

It's just ok... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I moved from Fl and did my research. One of the main reasons for choosing the Preserve was based off of this website. At the time, it was 100%. The people in the office are nice. However if you live on any floor other than the 3rd floor, hope some 90lb. woman moves in above you. I know EXACTLY where my neighbors are at all times. When the guy above me gets into bed, i heard the bed springs squeak...so imagine what else i hear. I've even tried to ask nicely for them to try to be more considerate of me. That didn't help. NO ONE picks up after their dog (and i have a dog and i'm disgusted!). But i guess the main thing is that it's an apartment, so unless you are in a brand new apt. complex and pay at least $1000, you'll just have to suck it up. I'm counting down until Dec 2005!!!
