Overpriced, poorly run facility

I moved into the Preserve 5 months ago, knowing that I would be purchasing a house within 6-8 months. I specifically chose the preserve because they offered a 6 month lease, after which I could rent month to month. What they did not tell me was that after the initial 6 months, my rent would go up $200/month! That is a 20% hike!
The facility itself is just ok.. It is always noisy (dogs barking, kids screaming in the parking lot.) The neighbors' kid put a nice big dent in the hood of my car with a football.. The 'buisness center' that they show you on the tour is a joke -- the computers never work, the printer is always out of ink, and the copy machine won't even turn on.
It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the management. If you do manage to get in touch with them, they act as if you are bothering them by making them do their jobs. They never address your concerns.
I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
