I lived here for 6 months when I was teaching in Charlotte and I have no complaints, besides perhaps the steep price. I paid $810 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, but it was so cute and so worth it! I thought the staff was very attentive and nice and explained everything up front before I moved in. They were always friendly when I had a question or needed to pick up my mail packages and even emailed me many times to follow up on a bee problem I had on my porch. It is clean, safe, close to major shopping and restaurants and I would not say one bad thing about it.
