Staff is commited to residents.The staff puts together special events for residents. My children enjoy going to the movies for kids, and my Husband gets a kick out of the game nights. I also LOVE the fitness center, as well as the theater. The staff is very committed to every resident(even my dog!)! The property is very Safe, with a officer to look over the property, I feel very safe knowing a Officer is patroling the area. I feel that the layouts of the apartments are very well designed.The maintenance is very accurate when fixing problems.Overall the promenade park is a very enjoyable place to live
