Promenade Park is a great place to live long term or short. They care very much about the lives of the residence. The homes are built smartly to respond to peoples needs.It's perfect if you have pets too.Not only does it allow pets, it's brand new and every room is kept up well. And it has wonderful brand new amenities. The Promenade Park is located at the Promenade on Providence rd. So you could just take your dog on a walk every morning and get a coffee at starbucks. It's also not far from Stonecrest,Ballantyne, and the Arboretum. It's that convienient! And for those who are building in the Weddington/Marvin area it's close to the great schools that you will be takeing your kids to in the near future.Some people call them "private schools but free".
