Having just relocated to the Charlotte area, my wife and I experienced "shopping" for the new apartment. We must have visited 15-20 apartment complexes through out the Charlotte metro area.

Her thorough knowledge of the complex, surrounding area and overall presentation, put my wife and I at ease, with her comparative knowledge of competition made our choice easy.
