If you are looking for an apartment place to fill your life with confusion and stress - look no further than Promenade Park. Since we have moved in, we have had no less than 8 calls from management, saying "We forgot to get this" or "We need you to come in and sign this" and "So and so didn't get this copy from you." We have already signed our lease and yet they forgot all of these things' Ridiculously unprofessional. And what makes it worse is that when they call they have a nasty, rude attitude, like we are the ones who have the problem... it has been nothing but a constant frustration from day one!

On the good side, the grounds and amenities seem nice from what we have seen so far (in between trips to the office). However, they are very strict on everything you do, so it almost feels like you are living in a prison. It is definitely NOT the place if you are looking for a nice, relaxed lifestyle. Add to that the unprofessionalism and extreme RUDENESS by the office staff - and I would say definitely look elsewhere. I wish I had! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Hi,I'm Lynn Cooper with Coldwell Banker. The staff at Promenade Park have successfully placed 7 families for me into their car during transitions before moving into their homes. I cannot tell you how they have pulled through in some very stressful situations and made my clients more at home then you can imagine. I am very sorry about the person's bad experience. If people would remember that acceptance of others and not being fearful or self-centered will get them through most of life's problems. Moving is one of the most stressful times in anyone's life. When I help relocating clients to this area, I cannot tell you how much fear is involved. This makes people change totally in their personality and outlook. Heck, they would not even recognize who they are if they just stood back and looked at how they react and not respond. I've got to tell you, this is one of the nicest communities in South Charlotte. My last clients were retired from the ministry and had not ever purchased a home. They lived in Church housing their whole 40 year life together. It took me a year to find them the perfect home. However, they loved their life at Promenade Place.... And the staff treated them with tremendous kindness. I also placed a single mother of TRIPLET boys and a 13 old daughter there last summer. The children missed the pool, and the mother was in no rush to leave. It was a wonderful experience... Life is not without problems. Remember, problems are a privilege of life! Think about this, and what really matters. Of course, it's important to make certain your family is well taken care of... but life is something we all have to deal with... and I wish people would think before they just outright slam a wonderful community. Thanks for reading my response. I'm calling them today to place another single mother. I look forward to seeing the staff again.

Why on earth would you call someone fearful and "self-centered" on this forum after never meeting them? Just because they believe management needs some work and you don't, that is just a difference of opinion. Stick to the facts and no name-calling. Also, this community is called "Promenade Park" and not "Promenade Place" - maybe you are thinking of a different community yourself?

I strongly agree with Bad Management, the writer of the complant . The staff can be and has been extremly rude and unprofessional. We are all entitled to our opions and sometimes the truth can hurt regardless of weather you like it or not. I met them also
