I have been a resident of Promenade Park for almost 3 years. I just learned of this website from my real estate broker and had to add my comments. Promenade Park is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever seen. The apartments are spacious, well maintained and offer features normally found in a home rather than the a typical apartment. The kitchens are simply magnificant. The office staff has been nothing short of spectactular. They have gone way beyond what you would expect from leasing agent or property manager. Consider this; taking care of my cat while we were on vacation, dropping off our dry cleaning and packages to checking on my kids when I couldn't get them to answer our home phone and wraping a last minute gift. These are things they do for free. The grounds are park-like and the maint staff does everything for you down to the smallest detail as replacing the battery to my garage remote. Yes, that's right a garage remote-to my attached garage as well as to my detached garage. I did read the review regarding parking and I wonder if that person who wrote the review knows where he lives because in addition to appartments with 1 and 2 car attached garages there are 5 seperate garage buildings containing 5-6 garages each. I know this because I counted them. Promenade Park is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you drive by you will want to come in and live here. But think about what made you stop in the first place; because it looks great, the amenities and club house are beautiful and the staff are unbelievable. It is great and I have been extremely happy living here and very proud to say that I am a Promenade Park resident.
