Please disregard the comments from 6/10. All of his comments are incorrect. I have been living in Promenade Park for 8 months and could not be happier. The staff is terrific. They helped me lease my apartment over the phone prior to relocating to NC. The atmosphere is very relaxed (not like prison as the other comment suggested). The grounds are gorgeous and I dont have to lift a finger. They take care of everything !! I love living here to the point that I will not be purchasing a townhome as I original planned. I will be staying here. I have lived in many apartments over the years and this is BY FAR, the best.
