The grounds are ok, the apartments are newer and nice, but when it comes to the riff raff from the High School next door coming over and destroying stuff youll see a lot of that.You will see a Policeman patroling to keep them out. Makes you feel like you live at the Mexican boarder. You will also see a very USELESS OFFICE STAFF..With a NIT-WIT leading them as the Manager...SHES CLUELESS!!! Overall not to bad, but lots of little things like constant busted carwash, security gate, and dont get me started on the pool that was "broke" and had ducks living in it for three months!! If you do come DONT plan on staying more than a year because they are just trying to fill apartments and dont care WHO fills them. Feels secure over all and they do have free alarms. Maintenance is ok,but there were times that they ruined my property,inside my apartment because they really dont care about fixing anything.

The staff seems ok it's just the manager that is terrible i hate having to deal with her and her attitude

Having the Sheriff's dept here shows that the office is trying to control the traffic from the high school. If you feel that I have been rude or clueless I would like the opportunity to speak to you in person to resolve your problems. The community is well maintained, we have painted, most recently added speed bumps, replaced the pool pump, replaced some pool furniture. We do have two pools and one was operational while we were waiting for contractors to repair the pump. We are adding a fountain to the pond, repairing the nature trail and are completly redoing the interiors of the units.
