I have been a resident at this complex for 3 years...only because I have been getting my ducks in a row to get my own house. I have been through numerous management staff, multiple crimes and a variety of neighbors. These are the points I would like to make clear:

1. There were 2 attempted carjackings and 1 successful, all in the same night, a few months ago. I heard about it from the morning news reporting on it. It took the complex 4 days from the time of the incidents to let the residents know about the crime. I had put in a formal complaint with the property owners and got a response from the manager. The "story" that she wrote in the email to me about the delay in action was opposite from what was written in a letter and distributed among the residents.

2. Communication from the complex to the residents is in DIRE need of rennovations, not just the buildings themselves. One comment made on here was that a calendar of social events was not provided, however, when they were looking to rent one was. When I first moved in I too had a calendar. But now, I believe they are using the money from the rent to pay for shoddy painting and not redsident communication.

3. There are 2 pools in this complex...sounds wonderful. DON'T EVER USE THE BACK POOL!!! I live in a building which looks out onto this pool. You will never, EVER, see me in this pool. Upkeep is sorely lacking. I have seen the kids play in the pool and after everyone leaves I have seen ducks swimming and drinking from the pool. Chlorine is apparently NOT on the budget with this management staff. I have been told by professionals that if the ducks are enjoying the water then the chlorine levels are too low and you don't want to go in it.

There are many things, negative, to be said about this complex as a whole and in regards to individual apartments. Trust me, you can do better anywhere else!!!

yep this sounds like par for this place. when are the tvs in the work gym going to be replaced along with the window. or repairing the hot tub. when i see prospective tennants walking around (i want to warn them in front of the person showing the complex) you know that management is telling their tall tales again. stories of community, amenities that work or "will be repaired tomorrow," yes it's true the list goes on forever.

Cars that take up spaces even though they have no plates and have flat tires...all the while there are cars parking along the curb. Just once I'd like to see a fire truck come through here because they'd wipe out all the cars that are parked along the curb. How about the amount of animals that roam the area (anyone interested in a wild cat?). Garbage thrown along the grassy areas...you name it, it's a problem here.
