As a long term resident I wish I could endorse this property but that isn't so. The staff tries with little parties but fails in the areas of customer service. They are an improvement on the corp. office but that isn't saying much. This company as a whole is not one to be proud of. The layout is nice and the location is great just try to avoid the staff. In this area of town I would recommend Promenade Park!!!

We pride ourselves on our customer service here at Providence Park Apts, unfortunately this review was written 2 years ago, we have since added new staff so i would challenge anyone who says we do not put our residents first. Also this is a family owned company and we take great pride in it, the most important things to us are the comfort and happiness of our residents as well as the maintenance of our grounds, amenities and apartment homes.
