I have been here for 4 months and love this place. The cleanliness, quality and layout of my apartment is perfect for me. I looked for months before choosing Providence Park and definately made the right choice. The leasing staff is responsive to your every need and I cannot say enough about the maintneance /
engineering staff, quick to respond and they fix the problem the first time.
Ample parking, courteous / respectful neighbors, safe environment, well lighted grounds, very nice pool and workout room. A great location, Providence Rd. into town or I-485 to get around it. Shopping across the street. I am glad I chose
to live here and will be re-newing my lease. av
