Not a pleasant experience

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
The apartments are very large but heating and costs costs are very high and they are a lot of people always loitering around. My roommates were consistently threatened by other habitants of the complex and when reported they said other people had already had same problems. But they were still there.... I would not reccommend.
