Going Down Fast

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
These apartments used to be the best in town years ago. Not the case now. They have not been painted or had new roofs in years. The roofs look like checkerboards from the patch work. Very expensive to heat and cool. Staff is OK but they rent to anyone. complex has become a haven for illegals and there apartments are inhabited by too many people. Crime has become a large problem.
