This complex has been overrun with illegals. So many are living in individual apartments that parking is a nightmare and the mgmt does not care. Crime is a problem, both personal and property. The buildings have not been painted in years and the area is looking like something out of a third-world news report. The area is not safe and even the local grocery is preparing to move.
