I have to say that you get what you pay for, and as I pay resonable rent, I cannot expect luxury. But, I have to say that both the administrative and maintenance staff have been wonderfully accomadating, thorough and prompt. I am not living in the Taj Mahal, but it is definitely not the slums as some would say. The location is very good as far as shopping and my commute into uptown. As for crime, I?ve had no problems whatsoever...I might add that there have been several instances where I have forgotten to lock my door, and in some cases not noticed for days...still NEVER a problem. The units are older, so they have more problems than the newer ones, but the staff is great about getting work requests taken care of quickly and efficiently.
