It has potential

I agree with most of the reviews. I guess it depends on the location of the unit each person lives in. My experience when moving in was not good. There was no refrigerator, dishwasher not working, no door on the closet and the townhome was not ready by my move-in date. But the office staff explained that the tennants before were there for a long time. I think the area is great and there is a mixture of different races. If you don't like diversity this isn't the place for you. There has been crime in my townhome row. I think they should scrutinize the applicants more carefully and respond to the tennants because we are paying rent. Any person and any race is capable of crime. This place has potential if management handles their business better and the tennants continue to inform management of the problems.
