Since the new management took over in March, they have really gone down hill. They fired the staff that cared about people and they got rid of the courtesy officer and stopped offering the nice services they use to offer. You use to see a squad car going by every day that made you feel safe. Due to the lack of security we had a FROZEN soda can thrown through our window. The shattered glass could have blinded us or one of our children. The grocery store left around the same time the new management took over and now no grocery store will move back into the shopping center. They also got rid of all the good maintenence people and the new maintenance people do a half job at everything. The worse thing is that your electric bill will be sky high and you will STILL be sweating. I would NOT recommend this place. They are really trying to milk money out of people and have raised the rent. Just recently they started offering the same apartments to new tenants at a lower price.
