Apartment was far from being ready for move-in even though it was vacant for a month and half. After two days of living here, Dept of Housing posted code violations hearing paper on door. Outside doors have gaps, inside doors don't shut, peeling wallpaper, shower door broken- too many things wrong to list them all. The place has potential if maintenance will repair and upkeep. The footage is what attracted us to these apts. The staff was friendly at move-in, but there was inconsistency in answers beforehand.
