I think that Providence Square is making a change for the better. Ever since the new management company came in they put new vinyl siding, gutters, and replaced the roof's. I spoke with office staff who were more than willing to explain the present changes as well as what was in store. The community is an older property so it is bound to have its problems, but for the price, location, and size you can't beat it. I do know that Providence Square has been through the ringers in recent years, but I see nothing but positive changes now. I would recommend that anyone interested in this property to go and take a look at the apartments, and don't let the the property's past interfere with your future there.
