this place is awful. I've lived here for 1 and half years, and in that time, the disposal of the apartment above me backed up and flooded my kitchen with all of their food and water, my AC has not worked right, and now, my closed, bathroom, and hallway ceiling is growing mold. I've reported problems each time they happen, and they only good thing I have to say is that at least maintenance is nice. Management is rude and only cares about money, not residents. I am so fed up, I am consulting a lawyer to get me out of my lease early. My health has declined since I've been here (due to the mold), and I can't take it anymore. The property manager even had the gall to tell me that mold spores aren't airborne! Hello' Read a newspaper
