I was never very fond of this place from the start, but it was cheap rent and a great location. But dealing with the office and my neighbors has made me want to run screaming from this place.

1) While I was out of town dealing with a severe illness & death of a close relative my rent became due. However, when I explained the situation to the staff, not only were they extremely rude, but one believe me (I had to bring in an obituary to prove it) & they charged me the late fees as well as concession fees despite the fact that I had lived there over a year & had never been late on rent. They also refused to add the fees back into my next month's rent because it had already been "documented" that I was late on rent and could not be reversed.

2) On one side of me I have the noisy neighbor from hell and on the other side a neighbor who constantly calls the office to complain that I don't pick up after my dog (which is a lie - despite the fact that MANY other people do NOT pick up after their pets). Luckily my lease will be ending soon and so will this horrible nightmare!
