I have lived here for over six years and haven't seen most of problems being reported by others. Perhaps I am lucky' I rather believe that I speak up when there is a problem so that management can fix it before it becomes an issue. Too many seem to complaint but forget they are also partly responsible for things. If you let your neighborhood go downhill because you won't speak up, then that is your fault. I believe the new management is trying to get things turned around. It is a big job and I wouldn't want it!! If you don't like it here, please move. You are part of the problem, maybe'
