Providence Square is a slum, unfit for human habitation. Crime is a major problem, and managment's only concern is the rent check.

I moved here May 2007 and for the most part things are okay, although I wont be renewing my lease next year. They are somewhat slow on fixing things but quick to the jump when they find out that your rent is late.
