Don?t bother.



I lived here for the year 2001-2002. when I moved in, I was lucky enough to get the apartment of my choice, and the apartment complex seemed pretty pleasant. Alas !!! That was not to last. Obviously management is chasing the big buck, and accepts all types into this complex.



It has turned in a low budget, overcrowded slum - stay away. My main concerns :-



1. Chepe next door to me moved in with his wife - within a month he has 9 other people living with him - no response from managementto my numerous complaints.



2. Chepe?s yard was all filth - after numerous complaints to him and management about the abvious fire hazard and visual pollution - I decided it was better to just cut my losses and pray my lease expired fast.



Crime is a problem - in the short time I was there, we had 3 cars broken into, and 1 rape in the area.


Bottom line- stay away from this apartmen, unless you like your slum?s conveniently located. It is not so much the management - they seem to do a valiant job of keeping pace- it is the sad fact that a lot of the residents are people you don't want to live next to.
