Since moving in almost three years ago, there have been three Management companies. Maintenance continually ignores my requests for fixes. I have a half finished repair job. I was promised that all of my problems would be addressed and fixed when I went in for lease renewal. I have peeling paint and nasty carpet. Mold everywhere. Walls and ceilings are cracking and bowing. Stairs are starting to sag. I agree with all of the other reviews. The heating and cooling bills are horrendous. I will not be renewing my lease next time around.
