Great floor plans but the utility costs are ridiculous because of drafty basements, doors and windows; and basement may have some mold issues. Sinks and toilets drainage is poor. Ventilation and sound proof is horrible. The apartments are old, repairs are temporary. Safety is becoming a major issue; an increased amount of loitering through out the neighborhood. Personal property vandalism is frequent. Noticed a high turn over in the management office and response to complaints is poor to average. Management makes attempts to engage residents in community activities, but participation is minimal. At this time I would not recommend living in this community.
