When we moved in we were very happy with the place. Yes, there were some maintenance issues (hey, what else do you expect from an older apartment'), but with the exception of a person or two, the staff was wonderful! Boy did that change quickly. Complete replacement of staff with a management group has done nothing to increase the desirability. Do you want to deal with office staff who are either ex used car salespeople or up & coming wannabes' How about maintenance people who talk about commiting suicide while sitting on your couch (because they are overworked and feel like management won't let them help the tenants)' Would you like unclear rental contracts' Do you want ever-increasing rental prices paired with decreasing quality and service' Would you like to live in a place with constant appliance problems' With ever-increasing crime' With fences that were partially torn down and allowed to remain that way for 18 months (6 months ago they were fixed but still not painted)' If all that sounds like heaven to you, just do yourself a favor and obtain a high-priced attorney to guide your through their very restrictive lease agreement. It's very artfully arranged to make sure you must pay thousands of dollars if you smarten up and decide not to live here anymore. Still not running away from Providence Square' Okay, move on in -- our apartment's ready & waiting for ya!
