I love it here. I moved from a small town to Charlotte and was very pleased to find Providence Square. I had maintance issuses shortly after moving in and once reported they were taken care of immediately. The floor plans are spacious and really offer a true home feeling. For the money you couldn;t ask for better. Built in 1969 you can't expect perfection but that is what I like, it gives you a more homey effect. As for safety, We live in the largest city in NC crime is every where but after today I am happy I live @ Providence Square. I left home during a storm and my son,who followed me out, was asked to close and lock the door. Returning 5 hours later I found my front door wide open and nothing was distribed or taken. I feel that if we were living in another neiborhood at a different community the outcome would have been very differnt. I respect and like my neighbors and am greatfull for the same. We only need more parking spaces.
