have had several complaints.
called office for noise complaints,fireworks,large gatherings of teens late at night ( even on school nights)
they didnt do anything accept tell me a security guy will show up ,he never did.
later complaints i was told security was on vacation. and the last time i was told to call CMPD. still have original A/C unit from 1978,it works however my electric bill is about 189.00 per month.

Don't feel bad, we have a new A/C unit and our bills are still outrageous since it takes so much work to cool the upstairs.
