I have live here just eight months and am still waiting for my original work orders to be addressed. Keeps changing management companies. Can't seem to hire enough maint. staff to handle the many, many work orders available. Maint. Supervisor quite within several weeks. Still have original A/C and heating unit from way back when and was told these were energy efficient apts. Big fat lie. Power bill is enormous. The almighty dollar is all that this place is interested in. Many break ins here and do not feel safe. Must have good paying job to be able to pay your power bill. Apts. are very run down on the inside. Would not recommend anyone living here. If you choose to move here, within the first month you will regret it. My neighbor regretted it from the time their moving truck arrived here. Go to a place that cares about their residents and will actually do the work orders and not be hundreds of orders behind. And never correct the problem.

Yes they've changed managmnt. several times-NO ONE CAN TAKE THE BULL____ like yours from the non paying residents. Move out if you're that unhappy!

Non paying??? I happy to tell you that we have ALWAYS paid our rent a week and a 1/2 early!!! What about you????
