I've lived here for over a year in a nice 2 bedroom and enjoyed my neighbors. I decided to move to a 3 bedroom because of growth in my family. What a MISTAKE I've regreted that decision since day one of the transfer. The apartment had water leaks in every bathroom & the sink leaked in the kitchen. The fence to the back patio is falling down. There are so many problems with this unit I can't even list. I've written letter to the corporate office to no avail. Now we have a new management company. I hope they do better than the last company. I agree with the other reviews the heating bills are out of this world. Over the winter we averaged $250 a month. I can't wait until this lease is over to leave. I've truly been disappointed in this property.
