Lack of Customer service and maintenance SUCKS big time!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
I have lived at Providence Square since 12/03 and have seen Mgmt and staff change hands at least 8x's and it is ridiculous. No one is consistent with info regarding contractual agreements and maintenance is nearly non-exisiting. The location is why I chose it for myself and family but,I am not happy with what I have experienced. Things need to improve!
