The townhome wasn't ready when i arrived. They said there were just a few things that needed to be done, but that was a lie. I still need repairs a month later. The size and the layout of the place is great. They installed new carpet and painted the walls before I moved in, which is nice. The entire shopping plaza in the community is shutting down because they say the area is very bad. Every one here seems nice, but I have heard of some break ins. I just read a news article where a man was assaulted in the parking lot, taken back to his apartment, where the assaulter raped the man's room mate. The assaulter was arrested fortunately. My neighbor is a drug dealer...he offered my husband his services....I'm not too happy about that. I was told that the entire place is getting ready to under go rennovations...so here's to hoping. All of the parents I meet at the play ground are very nice, but they all tell me the same thing about not being too happy with the place...hopefully more nice people will move here, but I doubt it. On a bright side the location is very convienent.
